Shipping & Logistics

Shipping terms, Incoterms, lead times, and responsibilities are defined in individual purchase agreements. Limitation of Liability
Biraniv International Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in connection with any order shall be limited to the value of that specific order. Any claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods, supported by appropriate documentation.
